Quick and budget friendly broccoli slaw
A quick and crunchy low carb broccoli slaw, a perfect side to your barbecue or dinner

- Ingredients:
- 1 12 oz. bag broccoli slaw
- ¼ c. fresh parsley leaves chopped
- 2 T. Mayonnaise
- 1 T. apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 c. green onions
- Sea salt and black pepper to taste
Directions:
Add broccoli slaw, parsley, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and green onion to a large glass or other non-reactive bowl and stir to combine. Season with salt and black pepper, to taste.
Serve immediately or place in the refrigerator for a couple hours to chill, if desired. Enjoy!

- Red Cabbage
- Carrots
- Green Onions
- Fresh Parsley
